These services must be requested via phone, email, or our contact form. The website itself does not process orders or payments; all quotes, scheduling, and bookings are confirmed directly with our sales team.

Payment and Refund Policy
We do not operate an e-commerce store on this website. All service fees (such as installation charges) are billed offline according to the quotation or invoice provided. All payments received are final and non-refundable, since we provide on-site installation services rather than deliverable products. In place of refunds, we honor a one-year warranty on our installation work (see below).
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Notice Requirement: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee (as specified in your service agreement).
Provider Cancellations: If Naman Technologies must cancel or postpone a scheduled service, we will promptly inform you and offer to reschedule or refund any prepaid amount.
Warranty and Support
Naman Technologies provides a one-year warranty on all installed systems, covering defects in workmanship and normal operation. If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty installation at no extra charge. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, power surges, or unauthorized modifications. Any manufacturer warranties on products (cameras, devices, etc.) remain in force separately.
